Refund & Return Policy

Our business revolves around you. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product(s) to us within 30 days for a refund in the amount of purchase price (original and return shipping charges excluded). Products cannot be returned after 30 days from the date of the invoice or if they are not in the original condition.

Products that qualify for a refund will be refunded the amount of the original purchase price, minus all shipping charges. Refund processing takes up to 5 business days once we have received the return merchandise. Once the refund has been processed, the refund will post to the original payment method used in the purchase transaction.

Cancellation Policy

Once placed, an order cannot be canceled or modified.

Warranty Policy

Effective May 1, 2021, products, if covered under warranty will adhere to a limited 1-year warranty. Customers will have one year from the order date to submit a warranty claim. We will honor the original warranties on products purchased prior to May 1, 2021. This update adds clarity to our warranty policy and allows for more immediate attention to quality concerns, ensuring we can continue honoring one of the industry’s best guarantees.

We pride ourselves on standing behind our products and proudly uphold our commitment to quality. We warrant that all products covered under this warranty are of good material and workmanship and, when properly installed and operated, will be free of defects for the stated warranty period from the date of purchase. Any product that, under normal use and service, fails during the stated warranty period will be replaced, repaired, or a credit will be issued at our sole discretion. Transportation charges for returned goods will be paid for by the customer, but refunded if we deem the returned goods defective. We will not replace, repair, or credit for products that have been damaged (including by acts of nature), tampered, abused, improperly installed, or repaired or altered by others than our authorized representatives.

Products Covered Under This Warranty Include:

  • Quartz Clock Movements
  • Clock Inserts
  • Only the movement is under warranty for all kits and components
  • Non-Warranty Products Sent to Klockit

    Klockit is not responsible for the receipt and retainage of non-warranty-related products received from consumers. These items will not be shipped back to the consumer and will be disposed of.

Claims and Repairs

To submit a warranty claim:

If you submit a warranty claim, you must include:

  • Model number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for claim

Limited 1-Year Warranty

We warrant that all products we sell under this warranty are of good material and workmanship and, when properly installed and operated, will be free of defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Any product which, under normal use and service, is proven to breach the warranty contained herein within ONE-YEAR from date of sale will, upon examination by us, and at our sole option, be repaired or replaced by us. Transportation costs and charges for returned goods shall be paid for by the purchaser. We hereby disclaim all responsibility for such transportation costs and charges. This warranty will not be breached, and we will give no credit for products that have received normal wear and tear not affecting the functionality of the product, been damaged (including by acts of nature), tampered, abused, improperly installed, or repaired or altered by others than our authorized representatives.

Remedy for breach of this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item(s). If we determine that repair or replacement is not feasible, we may, at our option, refund the amount of the original purchase price.

THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCTS AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We expressly disclaim all liability for special, consequential, or incidental damages, whether arising in tort or by contract from any breach of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

We further disclaim liability from personal injury relating to its products to the extent permitted by law. By acceptance of any of our products, the purchaser assumes all liability for the consequences arising from their use or misuse. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to bind us to any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of our products. Furthermore, no person, firm, or corporation is authorized to modify or waive the terms of this warranty unless done in writing and signed by a duly authorized agent of ours.

In no case shall our liability for any claim relating to our products, your purchase, or your use thereof, exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.

Hermle Mechanical Movements

Hermle Mechanical movements have a 2-year limited factory warranty. If warranty issues arise, the movement will be sent to the manufacturer for replacement or repair as determined by the manufacturer.

All Other Mechanical Movements

Mechanical movements have a 2-year limited factory warranty. If warranty issues arise, the movement will be sent to the manufacturer for repair.

Please be aware there are no returns on movements that have been regeared. As such, regeard movements are excluded from the manufacturer’s warranty.

Coupon Policy

As a customer-focused manufacturer, Klockit.com encourages the use of coupons by our customers in our online store, in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • Coupons must be input at the time of purchase. Coupons cannot be applied to previous purchases.
  • Discount cannot be combined with other discount offers except where indicated. Sale products may not be eligible for discounts.
  • Discounts must be redeemed prior to their expiration date.
  • Offers cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
  • Klockit.com does not accept discounts or coupons from other retailers.
  • Discounts do not apply to gift cards.
  • For discounts with a minimum order amount requirement, the minimum order amount does not include gift cards, taxes, or shipping.

Once you've had a chance to set up and use your product(s), we invite you to share your thoughts about the product(s) with other customers. We also encourage you to attach an image or share a video link of the product to help illustrate how you use it. Some of our customers are extremely creative and we love seeing all the unique product applications! We believe the best reviews don't just say whether or not you liked a product, but also why. Further, if you are having a troubleshooting problem, we recommend you first contact us via chat or email. This will give us the chance to quickly solve any issue you may be experiencing. Typically, problems are easily rectified with simple solutions, such as modifying the placement of a sensor or display.

Additionally, we may reach out to you directly to offer support on any issues you may be experiencing.

Billing Policy

Credit cards are authorized in real time at the moment the order is placed on Klockit.com. The card is charged when the order has shipped. Temporary holds may be placed on funds for failed orders due to mismatching billing information or other payment issues. This hold is released within 2-5 business days depending on the bank/card issuer and we do not control this time frame. The billing address provided to us must exactly match the one on file with the card issuer/bank or else the payment and order are rejected by the system.

Ordering can be done online at www.klockit.com.  We also have phone ordering available. Phone orders totaling $75 or higher will not incur an order entry fee; however, orders less than $75 will include a $10.00 charge per order.

Payment must be received with your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Pay online.

Shipping Methods

Orders typically ship within one business day. Shipping for Klockit.com is available in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Shipping is not available for P.O. boxes in Canada. Klockit.com does not ship on Memorial Day, July 3, July 4, Labor Day, Veteran's Day (only effects USPS shipping), Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, the day after Christmas, or Jan 1, or Jan 2.

Multiple Shipping Addresses: Each order can only ship to one address. If you would like to ship products to more than one address, we recommend that you place one order per shipping address or submit a support ticket for additional help.

Governing Law

This Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute relating to this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the federal or State courts having jurisdiction in Walworth County, Wisconsin; and purchaser consents to jurisdiction within the State of Wisconsin.
