Guarantee & Return Policy

Our business revolves around you. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product(s) to us within 30 days for a refund in the amount of the purchase price (original and return shipping charges excluded). Products cannot be returned after 30 days from the date of the invoice or if they are not in the original condition.

Merchandise that fails under normal operating conditions within the product's expressed warranty period will be replaced or repaired at no charge, per our Warranty Policy. 

Please pack your return carefully! We cannot be held responsible for items damaged during return shipping. Please do not include personal items.

Refund Policy

Products that qualify for a refund will be refunded the amount of the original purchase price, minus all shipping charges. Refund processing takes up to 5 business days once we have received the return merchandise. Once the refund has been processed, the refund will post to the original payment method used in the purchase transaction.

Warranty Policy

Effective May 1, 2018, all products will adhere to a 2-year standard warranty. Customers will have two years from the order date to submit a warranty claim with our customer service team. We will honor the original warranties on products purchased prior to May 1, 2018. This update adds clarity to our warranty policy and allows for more immediate attention to quality concerns, ensuring we can continue honoring one of the industry’s best guarantees.   

We pride ourselves on standing behind our products and proudly uphold our commitment to quality. We warrant that all products we manufacture or sell are of good material and workmanship and, when properly installed and operated, will be free of defects for the stated warranty period from the date of purchase. 
Any product that, under normal use and service, fails during the stated warranty period will be replaced, repaired, or a credit will be issued at our sole discretion. If your product has failed to work properly during the stated warranty period, please contact us at 1-262-729-4855. Transportation charges for returned goods will be paid for by the customer, but refunded if we deem the returned goods defective. We will not replace, repair, or credit for products that have been damaged (including by acts of nature), tampered, abused, improperly installed, or repaired or altered by others than our authorized representatives.

Coupon Policy

As a customer-focused manufacturer, encourages the use of coupons by our customers in our online store, in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • Coupons must be input at the time of purchase. Coupons cannot be applied to previous purchases.

We also encourage you to attach an image or share a video link of the product to help illustrate how you use it. Some of our customers are extremely creative and we love seeing all the unique product applications! We believe the best reviews don't just say whether or not you liked a product, but also why. Payment must be received with your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express online. Personal check by mail and C.O.D. are NO LONGER accepted. 

Shipping Methods

Orders typically ship within one business day. Shipping for is available in the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada via Fedex and USPS. Shipping is not available for P.O. boxes in Canada. does not ship on Memorial Day, the 3rd-4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran's Day (only effects USPS shipping), Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, the day after Christmas, or Jan 1st-2nd.

Multiple Shipping Addresses: Each order can only ship to one address. If you would like to ship products to more than one address, we recommend that you place one order per shipping address or call us to place your order over the phone at 1-262-729-4855.
