Gold Acrylic Quartz Anniversary Clock Movement is rated out of 5 by 3.
Rated 1 out of 5 by kkraft from Looks Nice but looks are not everything I have purchased two of these both were for gifts, The motor for the rotary pendulum failed on both in a very short period of time. One of them i just reordered and the other i sent back under warranty, and now both have failed again even though the one would probably still be under warranty ITS JUST IS NOT WORTH THE BOTHER. Do not waste your time if you like the rotary pendulum, I imagine any kit with a similar unit would be no better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dasdag57 from Nice clock, great gift I made the base from scrap oak and turned it on my lathe. The clock runs great and is a nice conversation piece. I had to restart the base unit about 3 times before it would run continuously. A good quality battery was the answer.

I have one of your older anniversary clocks. It is rectangular with removable mirrored back panel and Swarovski crystal ball weights. It has stopped working and is discolored. Will item 10178 be a good replacement?
Hi Phil, the #10173 offers slightly larger dimensions than the original #11061. Please check to see if your case can accept the new size of 7 3/8” H x 4” W x 4” D. The mounting holes on the #10173 are 3 1/4" each from center. The base plate holes are not centered, they are more towards the back of the plate (see the picture for a visual). If you have any further questions or concerns with this clock movement set, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-556-2548 or email@example.com.

What aligns the stem to keep movement. Have bought one simular to the Quartz Anniversary Clock but the stem will not stand straight inorder for the bulbs? to go around
The stem is attached to the movement and rotates the bulbs in a circular motion, similar to traditional timekeeping motors.

Do you have a battery driven rotary pendulum for an existing Anniversary clock?
Hi Larry, we currently offer a battery-operated anniversary pendulum clock movement (#10098) that may work as a replacement for your existing anniversary clock. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this movement will accommodate all anniversary-style clocks. We'd be happy to help you determine if this movement will work as a replacement for your clock. Please contact us at 1-800-556-2548 or email@example.com.
