* Manufacturer's warranty for Atomix® Watches is effective for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

** Klockit covers the first 90 days of the warranty. On day 91, the manufacturer's warranty begins and is effective for the next 275 days of the one (1) year warranty period.

The manufacturer’s warranty covers factory defects only. The warranty does not cover battery changes or product misuse. Shipping and handling are not included in the warranty.

You must include the following with your return:

  1. A brief description of the problem you are experiencing with the watch
  2. An original receipt from the retailer that clearly shows the date of purchase
  3. A check made out to Primex, Inc. for 10.00, or credit card information to cover processing and shipping fees.
We reserve the right to replace or repair your watch at our discretion. Watches returned that are not in their original condition - or that show obvious signs of abuse - void the warranty and will be returned to the owner.

We are not a watch repair facility; we only service what we sell. If your watch is out of warranty we suggest that you seek a local jeweler for repair.

Terms of Payment
Payment must be received with your order. You may include your personal check, a bank draft or money order when placing your order by mail. Any insufficient or closed account checks will receive an additional charge of $25. We will accept C.O.D. orders (additional charge of $12.00) placed by mail or phone. C.O.D. orders over $250 require payment by certified check or money order. You may use your VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

Opening an Account
Open accounts are available to all recognized schools, institutions and government agencies. Open accounts are also available to businesses with a Dunn & Bradstreet rating of "Good" or higher. To be considered for open account, you must submit a completed credit application and your initial order must be for at least $250. Terms: Net 30 days.

Return Policy
Our business revolves around you. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your merchandise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the merchandise for exchange, replacement, refund or credit in the amount of the purchase price – shipping costs excluded. Personalized items cannot be returned. Merchandise that fails under normal operating conditions within the stated warranty period will be replaced or repaired at no charge to the customer.

We must receive returned merchandise in its original condition before exchanges can be made. You must inspect your package and request replacement for damaged merchandise or shortages within 30 days of the receipt of your package. Merchandise returned after 90 days from the date of invoice will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Merchandise that is older than 1 year from the invoice date, or not in original condition, cannot be returned. Please pack your return carefully. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged during return shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

We are continuously searching for better quality and at times may substitute a brand of equal or better value for the specific item pictured. We also reserve the right to change prices at any time, due to the constantly changing market.

The shipping information shown below is based on orders shipping within the Continental U.S. only. Our shipping deadline is 12:00 p.m. CST Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST Monday - Friday will ship out the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday (or the next business day).
