Can I order this with a 36" pendulum vs. the 46"?
Hi Neil, the 46" pendulum is specific to that set and cannot be subbed out for a 36" pendulum at this time. If you need help selecting the right pendulum set for your mechanical movement, we'd be happy to help! Please contact us at 1-800-556-2548 for assistance.

I understand this is a complete kit. But can I buy separately a different pendulum to work in it? preferably one not as big or can operate in a space less than 12 inches?
Hi Mart, yes - this product is sold as a complete set. We do not offer other pendulums that will work with this set at this time. We carry a variety of other mechanical movements and would be happy to help find one that best fits your budget and case. Our direct phone line is 1-800-556-2548 or you can reach us by email at email@example.com.

If I purchase 13017 can I use the 26251 face. I just need a square dial. Or is ther another kit like the 13017 that I can buy that is a complete kit?
Hi Dennis, yes - that could work, but you will need to attach the clock dial to the clock case as it doesn’t mount to the clock movement. If you have any questions on this information, please contact us at 1-800-556-2548 and ask to speak to our Mechanical Technician.

i bought a Moon MOVEMENT from your company -- maybe 30 yr back.. it stopped working... would like to buy a replacement...
We offer a variety of mechanical clock movements and most likely have a replacement to fit your needs. We will need to know the brand and serial number of the clock movement you have now. Please contact us at 1-800-556-2548 with that information and ask to speak to our Mechanical Technician.

Will dial 28023 work with this movement? Also, is there a chime silencer to completely turn off the chimes?
no... think not.. my clock is a wall clock.. not grandfather style. the face (lower 1/3 is open) .. the moon dial moves behind it and is viewed ONLY in the lower 1/3. it did not chime... but would consider a chime movement. thanks
