Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made it work... I couldn't buy the exact diameter needed, but cobbled this one into the opening. It would be better if you offered adapter sleeves of varying sizes

I have a Mikasa clock that I need a replacement insert for. I would like to send a photo so you can see the Crystal clock base to determine if this is the correct insert.

Asked by: Jan Stephens
Hi Jan, that sounds great! Please send the photo to klockit@klockit.com and include the diameter of the hole the new clock insert will need to fit into.

Is this 2-9/16" clock insert a good choice to replace a 3" circumference insert and tighten with a rubber band?  I want an insert that uses a AAA battery

Asked by: Gracie
Hi Grace, this clock insert fits into a 2 3/8" diameter hole. We'll need to confirm with you whether the 3" measurement you mention above is the front or hole diameter. We'll be in touch soon via email!

My clock insert is 2 14/16 is there a replacement

Asked by: carluch
We don't offer an exact replacement - we currently offer clock inserts with a 2 1/2" mounting diameter or a 3" mounting diameter. Please contact us at 1-800-556-2548 for more details with these alternative options.

looking for an insert clock to be mounted in a hole of 2 5/8 " Dia. To be inserted in a car engine piston rod. Hole is about 1 1/4 " deep. A 3" clock if there is a small flange on it and rest of clock would fit the 2 5/8 " hole

Asked by: Goose
We recommend looking at our #15714. You'll need to also order our rubber mounting ring to achieve a greater mounting diameter (#15612). You may need to use a rubber band in addition to the rubber mounting ring to secure the clock insert in place.

How do you change the time for day light savings etc. Or if you change the batteries.

Asked by: Rich
Hi Rich, great question! You'll simply need to rotate the the time set wheel on the back of your insert. Please see this YouTube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2BBPKOiANE
