Old World Globe Desk Kit

With the aged patina of a seasoned traveler, the beautiful old world globe nestles in a sweeping arc of walnut hardwood. Finish this woodworking piece by adding your choice of a 1 /16" time or temperature insert, sold separately. The old world globe shows the axis with latitude and longitude reference lines. The axis is in gold and the map is an antique color. Overall dimensions of globe: 4 1/2"H x 4"W. Globe diameter is 3 5/8".

KIT INCLUDES all wood parts necessary for assembly. The kit will also include the Old World Globe (#99001), assembly screws, glue, sandpaper and kit assembly instructions supported with an exploded view assembly illustration. Insert must be purchased separately (clock or temperature).

GENERAL ASSEMBLY & WOOD FINISHING STEPS:

• Glue and secure the insert mount plate to the base plate with included glue and screws
• Stain and finish the wood pieces
• Mount the old world globe with the included screw
• Mount the insert of your selection onto the wood piece (insert sold separately)
