This extraordinary pendulum clock in attractive walnut has a traditional German style dial. The decorative columns provide rich accent. A quartz movement plays Westminster melody on the hour, progressive melody on the quarter hour, and counts out the hours. Kit includes brass handle and one “C” battery. ASSEMBLY SUPPLIES REQUIRED:
• Square.
• Screwdrivers.
• Strap/band clamping and/or alternate adjustable clamping.
• Drill bits (1/16" - 3/32") and hand drill.
• Small pliers or adjustable wrench.
• Stain and/or clear sealer finishes and applicators of your preference.
• Ruler or tape measure.
GENERAL ASSEMBLY & WOOD FINISHING STEPS:
The following assembly and finishing steps are easy to complete by just utilizing the illustrated and written instructions provided with the kit.
• Assemble corner posts to side panels and to dial trim frame.
• Mount the above assembly between the top/bottom case plates.
• Mount the mirror retainer rails to the inside of the top/bottom plates and between the rear corner pillars.
• Assemble the crown plate and base plate to the clock case assembly.
• Complete all wood finishing work.
• Mount the movement/hands and dial to the dial mount disk and install this assembly into the clock.
• Install bail pull to the crown plate.
• Install battery into the movement. Set chimes/time. Mount pendulum and install back mirror panel.
