The Chandler Skeleton Clock Kit

This handsome solid cherry case features fluted sides and beveled top and bottom plates. The kit will include front and rear glass panels to showcase the Quartz Skeleton clock movement (#10148) in all its intricate detail. The rear glass panel is removable to allow access to the movement battery and time set knob. Assembly can easily be completed over a weekend with minimal tools required.

Stain/Finish Shown: Clear, satin sheen finish with now stain (your results may vary)

KIT INCLUDES all wood parts required, pre-cut, factory sanded up to 120 grit and ready for assembly. The kit will also include front and back glass panels, assembly fasteners, quartz skeleton clock movement, felt bumpers, "AA" battery , glue, sandpaper and step by step assembly instructions with supporting assembly illustrations.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY & WOOD FINISHING STEPS:

Glue and assemble the case top plate to the case sides
Secure the bottom plat with screws only (no glue)
Glue the rear top/bottom cleats into the case assembly
Stain and finish assembly and un-mounted wood parts
Secure the quartz skeleton movement to the movement mount plate
Secure the movement mount plate/skeleton movement assembly to the base plate
Install the front glass panel and re-mount the base plate with screws
Install the rear (removable) glass panel
