The Harrington Grandfather Clock Kit
The Harrington Grandfather Clock Kit is a wooden clock making kit that offers your choice of mechanical movement (13044, 13075, 13088, 13049, 13055, 13055), dial, pendulum and weight shells (sold separately). The clock features antique brass hardware, and a swan neck top and a pedestal base. The half-round reeded full columns offer a timeless look.
Wood: North American Red Oak
Wooden Clock Kit includes all wood parts required, pre-cut, factory sanded up to 120 grit and ready for assembly. The kit will also include hinges, door lock, key plate (escutcheon), skeleton key, glass retainer, grill cloth, leg levelers, all required assembly fasteners, pilot drill bits, glue, sandpaper and step by step assembly instructions and supporting assembly illustration booklet. This kit also includes Klockit's patented movement mounting system and plan specifications to build your own optional exterior mount stand out of common lumber.
General Assembly & Wood Finishing Steps:
Glue front frame assembly to side frame
Secure rear top and bottom cleats
Mount top panel and support cleats
Glue and assemble base units
Glue base units together
Secure crown front plate and side returns
Mount crown molding to the case
Pre-mount hinges and door lock
Assemble movement mounting system
Stain and finish your clock
Trim and mount grill cloth to the grill panels
Mount dial board into place
Install mechanical movement
Mount glass panels and wood panels
Insert grill panels and secure the case backs
Finished Size: 85-1/2"H x 26-1/2"W x 14-9/16"D

Because we at Klockit understand that this is possibly a once in a lifetime purchase, the delivery of your Howard Miller grandfather clock
is completed with our Ultimate white glove delivery crew.
The delivery is completed by a 2 man service and placed in the room of your choice.
The unit is then unpacked, the carton packaging is removed, and any light assembly (up to 30 minutes) is completed.
Finally, you get the opportunity to inspect and sign off on the delivery before the delivery crew leaves your house to insure your satisfaction.
