GENERAL ASSEMBLY & WOOD FINISHING STEPS:
The following assembly and finishing steps are easy to complete by just utilizing the step by step illustrated and written instructions provided with the kit.
Assemble the 3 piece base cabinet frame around the bottom panel
Assemble the case side gables, front frame, and cross braces
Join the case gable assembly to the base assembly
Mount the trim moulding around the top of the base cabinet
Assemble front corner columns and trim mouldings between lower and upper columns
Mount crown frame pieces and mouldings around upper clock case
Mount movement seat board into clock case and mount chime mount board to the upper back panel
Complete all wood finishing
Mount door hardware and hang doors on clock case
Mount movement and dial into clock case and attach dial trim panel
Attach lower case back panel
Mount chimes to upper back panel and attach panel to clock case
Hang weights and pendulum and adjust timekeeping and chimes
Move finished clock to display location and level case
