KIT INCLUDES all wood parts required, pre-cut, factory sanded up to 120 grit and ready for assembly. The kit will also include all required assembly hardware, screened regulator glass panel, Quartz non-chiming pendulum movement, hands, clock face, glass retainer, battery, glue, sandpaper and step by step written assembly instructions with supporting assembly illustrations.
GENERAL ASSEMBLY & WOOD FINISHING STEPS:
- Glue clock case frame assembly
- Glue top and bottom plates to case assembly
- Glue and nail wallhanger bracket into back of case assembly
- Install glass into case
- Mount movement and dial to dial board
- Mount dial board into clock case
- Mount front cross bar to glass
- Install battery into movement, set time and hang pendulum
- Mount clock on wall
